With extensive experience managing a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties in East London and Cape Town, they bring a wealth of knowledge to every aspect of property finance and management.
• Kelly Seymour, an attorney, adds a crucial legal perspective to our team. Having completed her articles at STBB in Cape Town, Kelly specializes in property law.
  Her expertise includes drafting leases, managing lease-related tenant queries and invoicing in accordance with lease agreements.
